The overall operational philosophy of Sure Passage is to develop and enable ministry through partnerships with individuals and other organizations (ministry “Affiliates”). The current organizational structure includes three ministry affiliates, each performing transition-related services in the areas of resource/workshop development, one-on-one coaching, and guiding transformational experiences. As we add capabilities, it is hoped that other individuals will join us as affiliates under the Sure Passage umbrella. We will grow our permanent staff when we require sustained support functions, currently being handled by one person. Sure Passage can come along side and help someone else’s vision become a reality – either by facilitating start-up with administrative and operational services or by helping to develop the ministry’s materials and programs from a transition perspective.
